My oven came out sparkling, like new. I was happy to get rid of the drips inside the door window. I rent, and the oven was not the cleanest when we moved in. If you are sensitive to smells, there is a fairly mild, lemony cleaner smell. It's stronger while the cleaning is happening, but is gone within a day. Also, they were on time and left no mess. If you are busy, or don't want to stick your head inside your oven and scrub, I highly recommend.
